Laboratory Instruments

I plan on applying for medical school and I want to have some hospital volunteer work completed. How do I document that? It seems tacky but will I be asked to prove it?

I’m wondering what would be some places other than hospitals to volunteer in that would be educational medically for a 15-17 year old. Also does anyone know any places that accept teens to volunteer in Northwest Arkansas that is medical? Much Appreciated!
