I would like to start a medical billing service from home but have heard some bad stories about some scams going round. Is it hard to do medical billing? Do I have to have some sort of electronic medical billing software to do this from home?

I have been working as a medical transcriptionist, biller, coder for over 10 years. My dream is to have my own business out of my home. Any tips from anyone experienced in this?
