Hi friends! Warm greetings! I have plasmid DNA dissolved in buffer.. i want to separate it by centrifuging it … we r having cooling centrifuge but not ultracentrifuge. Is it possible via any other method to separate only the plasmid DNA using cooling cetrifuge?
