“parts from a pill” means what? a pill has no parts unless you grind it up. And even then all the parts look and act the same. You would need to have an idea of what’s there, then use reactants and solutions to separate them. .

That really depends on the active. Most likely it isn’t possible. The active is typically only a very small part of the pill.
