My doctor billed my medical insurance for services rendered to me due to a personal injury. I now have a balance due for co pay and deductibles. Can this be included with my settlement? Is it against the law?

My work comp bills are all paid the case took 6 yrs. Many of the medical bills went into collections that still show up on my credit report. This has lowered my credit score tremendously. How do I get these paid collections removed from my report? According to the 3 credit bureaus, it must be [...]
