I have two liters of a plasmid culture in the shaker, and the centrifuge is dead. Ugh! Has anyone ever “pelleted” cells by filtration? I have a buchner funnel and filter paper, and I also have a fritted glass filter funnel available. If anyone has ever done this I’d appreciate any advice.

I was diagnosed with abnormal squamos cells. I had a LEEP performed, and luckily, all abnormal squamos cells were removed. Unfortunately, they detected abnormal glandular cells in the portion of cervix removed by the LEEP. Now, I have to see a gynecological oncologist, as these cells are precancerous and rare.
