Hi friends! Warm greetings!
I have plasmid DNA dissolved in buffer.. i want to separate it by centrifuging it … we r having cooling centrifuge but not ultracentrifuge. Is it possible via any other method to separate only the plasmid DNA using cooling cetrifuge?

   There are five common methods to separate the Plasmid DNA:
   -Alkaline Lysis Method
   -Boiling Lysis Method
   -Diatomaceous Earth Method
   -Zwitterionic Lysis Method
   -Liam’s Plasmid Method
   You should be okay by using the Diatomaceous Earth Method.
